Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract and return your items within 60 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original unopened packaging to qualify for a return. For hygiene and safety reasons, water filter straws that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at support@natuvalabs.shop. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with full instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we will cover all return shipping fees.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order carefully upon arrival. If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us straight away at support@natuvalabs.shop so we can resolve the issue promptly. All return shipping costs will be covered by us in these situations.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please first return your original order. Once we have received and approved your return, we will arrange your exchange and dispatch the replacement. Return shipping costs for exchanges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the payment.

If 10 or more business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please get in touch with us at support@natuvalabs.shop and we will investigate.

Refunds cover the full product cost. Original shipping fees and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to the USA: No additional fees apply unless the order value exceeds $600.

For orders shipped to the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada: No customs, duties, or taxes are charged regardless of order value. All such fees are covered by us.
